These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, memberships, courses, and services provided by INJCT Skin Clinic LTD.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or entering into a membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms
1.1 All clients must complete a medical consultation and provide accurate, up-to-date health information prior to treatment.
1.2 Treatments are provided subject to clinical suitability. INJCT Skin Clinic LTD reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where it is not considered safe, appropriate, or in the client’s best interests.
1.3 All information provided is treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection legislation.

2. Appointments & Cancellations (One-Off Treatments)2.1 Standard Appointments• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.• Failure to provide the required notice may result in loss of deposit or appointment fee.2.2 Morpheus 8 TreatmentsDue to extended appointment time, staffing requirements, and consumables prepared in advance:• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule Morpheus 8 appointments or courses.• Failure to provide notice will result in loss of deposit or forfeiture of the session.⸻
3. Deposits & Payments
3.1 Some treatments require a deposit to secure a booking.
3.2 Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation notice is not provided in accordance with these Terms.
3.3 Full payment may be required in advance for:• discounted treatments• courses or programmes• treatments requiring extended appointment time, consumables, or prescribed medication

4. Courses & Treatment Programmes
4.1 Courses are non-refundable once commenced.
4.2 Missed sessions or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of that session.
4.3 Where a client is deemed medically unsuitable to continue treatment:• the remaining value may be transferred to an alternative treatment, or• refunded proportionately, minus the cost of sessions already used and any associated costs.A medical letter may be required as evidence of medical unsuitability.

4.4 Treatment Outcomes & ExpectationsAll treatments provided by INJCT Skin Clinic LTD are subject to individual variation. Results may differ between clients and cannot be guaranteed.Treatment outcomes depend on factors including, but not limited to:
• individual anatomy and physiology
• skin condition and lifestyle factors
• adherence to pre- and post-treatment advice
• treatment plan suitabilityPhotographs, testimonials, or examples shown during consultation or on marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
The clinic cannot guarantee specific results, longevity of results, or that treatments will meet personal expectations where treatment has been carried out appropriately and with informed consent.

PART B – MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Membership Terms override general booking terms where applicable.

5. General Membership Terms
5.1 Memberships constitute a contractual agreement between the client and INJCT Skin Clinic LTD.
5.2 Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and apply only while active and fully paid.
5.3 Membership benefits, preferential pricing, and allocations are provided in exchange for commitment and advance planning of clinical resources.

6. House Memberships
6.1 Billing & Contract Term
• House Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.
• Certain House Memberships operate on a 12-month minimum term, confirmed by a signed agreement retained by the clinic.
6.2 Cancellation & Payment LiabilityIf a client cancels, terminates early, or defaults on payments:
• treatments already received will be charged at the full non-discounted price;
• any membership discounts applied will be retrospectively removed;
• any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable.This applies only to treatments already delivered.
6.3 Clinic’s Right to Cancel
INJCT Skin Clinic LTD may suspend or terminate a membership with immediate effect where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
• breach of these Terms• abusive or inappropriate behaviour
• repeated late cancellations or no-shows
• misuse of membership benefits
• medical unsuitability or contraindications• failure to follow practitioner advice
• operational or unforeseen circumstances beyond the clinic’s reasonable controlNo refund is due for used or partially used membership benefits.

7. SKN Gym Membership
7.1 Treatment Scope
• Treatments are strictly limited to those listed in the SKN Gym Treatment Menu.
• Add-ons or upgrades must be paid for separately.
7.2 Cancellation
• One (1) full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel.
• Fees remain payable during the notice period.
• Cancellation takes effect only once the notice period has elapsed.
7.3 Treatment Allocation & Forfeiture• Treatments must be booked and used within the same calendar month.
• Unused treatments do not roll over and are forfeited.• No refunds or credits are issued for unused treatments.
7.4 Missed or Unbooked TreatmentsFailure to book or attend a treatment within the month constitutes use of that entitlement.

8. Fair Use Policy
Memberships are provided on a fair use basis.
INJCT Skin Clinic LTD reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate memberships where there is a pattern of:
• repeated late cancellations or no-shows• diary blocking or excessive rescheduling
• misuse of booking privileges• behaviour that negatively impacts clinic operations or staff wellbeingAny action taken will be reasonable and proportionate.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact INJCT Skin Clinic LTD directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.
A chargeback may be deemed unlawful where:• services were provided in accordance with these Terms;
• the dispute relates to a change of mind or misunderstanding of policy.
Where an unlawful chargeback is raised, the clinic may recover reasonable administrative costs incurred in responding to the dispute.

10. Liability & Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All treatments carry risks and potential side effects, which are explained during consultation and outlined in consent documentation. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, INJCT Skin Clinic LTD shall not be liable for:
• dissatisfaction with results where treatment was provided appropriately and with informed consent;
• side effects or prolonged healing that were explained prior to treatment;
• losses arising from failure to disclose relevant medical history;
• indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or travel costs.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

11. Consent
All clients must provide informed consent prior to treatment. Consent forms form part of the contractual agreement.

12. ComplaintsAny concerns should be raised directly with the clinic. Complaints will be acknowledged and investigated fairly and promptly.Complaints can be sent to: hello@injctskinclinic.com
Where appropriate, complaints may be escalated to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS).

13. Data Protection & GDPR
INJCT Skin Clinic LTD processes personal and medical information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data may include contact details, medical history, consultation notes, treatment records, consent forms, and payment information. Data is processed for:
• providing safe and appropriate treatment
• maintaining accurate medical records
• appointment and aftercare communication
• legal, regulatory, insurance, and professional obligations
Clients have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of data where legally permissible and to withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Medical records are retained for legally required periods.

14. Children Policy
INJCT Skin Clinic LTD does not treat individuals under the age of 18.
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms or clinical areas under any circumstances.
Clients are requested not to bring children to appointments unless they are of an age where they can remain unsupervised in reception.The clinic reserves the right to cancel or refuse treatment where a client attends with a child, and cancellation terms may apply.

INJCT Skin Clinic LTD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
