These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, memberships, courses, and services provided by INJCT Skin Clinic LTD.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or entering into a membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

1.1 All clients must complete a medical consultation and provide accurate, up-to-date health information before treatment.

1.2 Treatments are subject to clinical suitability. INJCT Skin Clinic LTD reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where it is not considered safe, appropriate, or in the client's best interests.

1.3 Personal information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

2. Appointments & Cancellations (One-Off Treatments)

2.1 Standard Appointments

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Failure to provide the required notice may result in loss of deposit or appointment fee.

2.2 Morpheus8 Treatments

Due to extended appointment time, staffing requirements, and consumables prepared in advance:

• A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule Morpheus8 appointments or courses.
• Failure to provide the required notice may result in the loss of the deposit or forfeiture of the session, subject to applicable law.

3. Deposits & Payments

3.1  Some  treatments require a deposit to secure a booking.

3.2 Deposits may be non-refundable where the required cancellation notice has not been provided, subject to applicable law.

3.3 Full payment may be required in advance for:
‍
• discounted treatments
• courses or treatment programmes
• Treatments requiring extended appointment times, consumables, or prescribed medication.

3.4 Full payment is expected for Prescription Only Medicines (POMs), where applicable.

4. Courses & Treatment Programmes

4.1 Courses are non-refundable once commenced, subject to applicable statutory rights and any agreed exceptions.

4.2 Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

4.3 If a client is medically unsuitable to continue treatment:
‍
• The remaining value may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment; or
• A proportionate refund may be considered, less the cost of sessions already used and any applicable costs.

A medical letter may be requested as evidence of medical unsuitability.

4.4 Treatment Outcomes & Expectations

All treatments provided by INJCT Skin Clinic LTD are subject to individual variation. Results may differ between clients and cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment outcomes may depend on factors including:

• Individual anatomy and physiology.
• Skin condition and lifestyle factors.
• Adherence to pre- and post-treatment advice.
• The suitability of the treatment plan.

Photographs, testimonials, and examples shown during consultations or in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that clients have under applicable law.

PART B – MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Membership Terms apply alongside the general booking terms. Where membership-specific terms conflict with general booking terms, the applicable membership agreement will determine the position, subject to applicable law.

5. General Membership Terms
5.1 Memberships constitute a contractual agreement between the client and INJCT Skin Clinic LTD.
‍
5.2 Memberships are non-transferable and are subject to the payment, cancellation, and refund terms of the relevant membership agreement.
Refund restrictions are subject to applicable statutory rights.
‍
5.3 Membership benefits, preferential pricing, and treatment allocations are provided in exchange for the client's membership commitment and the clinic's planning of clinical resources.

6. House Memberships

6.1 Billing & Contract Term
‍
• House Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.
• Certain House Memberships have a 12-month minimum term, as confirmed in the signed membership agreement retained by the clinic.

6.2 Cancellation & Payment Liability

If a client cancels, terminates a membership early, or defaults on payments, the clinic may apply the relevant membership agreement's terms, which may include:

• Charging the full non-discounted price for treatments already received.
• Recalculating discounts applied to treatments already delivered.
• Requesting payment of outstanding amounts properly due under the agreement.

Any charges must be consistent with the membership agreement and applicable law.

6.3 Clinic's Right to Cancel

INJCT Skin Clinic LTD may suspend or terminate a membership where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

• Breach of these Terms or the membership agreement.
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.
• Misuse of membership benefits.
• Medical unsuitability or contraindications.
• Failure to follow relevant practitioner advice.
• Operational or unforeseen circumstances beyond the clinic's reasonable control.

The treatment of unused or partially used benefits will be determined by the membership agreement and applicable law.

7. SKN Gym Membership

7.1 Treatment Scope

• Treatments are strictly limited to those listed in the SKN Gym Treatment Menu.
• Add-ons or upgrades must be paid for separately.

7.2 Cancellation

• One (1) full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel.
• Fees remain payable during the notice period, in accordance with the membership agreement.
• Cancellation takes effect once the applicable notice period has elapsed.

7.3 Treatment Allocation & Forfeiture

• Treatments must be booked and used within the same calendar month, where specified by the membership agreement.
• Unused treatments do not roll over where the membership terms expressly provide for forfeiture.
• Refunds or credits for unused treatments are subject to the membership agreement and applicable law.

7.4 Missed or Unbooked Treatments

Failure to book or attend a treatment within the relevant month may result in the entitlement being treated as unused or forfeited, where permitted by the membership agreement and applicable law.

8. Fair Use Policy

Memberships are provided on a fair use basis.

INJCT Skin Clinic LTD reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate memberships where there is a pattern of:

• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.
• Excessive rescheduling or repeated diary blocking.
• Misuse of booking privileges.
• Behaviour that negatively affects clinic operations or staff wellbeing.

Any restriction, suspension, or termination will be handled reasonably and in accordance with the membership agreement and applicable law.

9. Charge-backs & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact INJCT Skin Clinic LTD directly to attempt to resolve payment disputes before initiating a charge-back.
‍
Payment disputes will be considered on their individual facts. A chargeback request does not automatically establish that a payment was unlawful or that a client has no entitlement to dispute a transaction.

The clinic may seek to recover reasonable costs where there is a lawful basis to do so.

10. Liability & Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All treatments carry risks and potential side effects. Relevant risks are explained during consultation and addressed in the applicable consent documentation.

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, INJCT Skin Clinic LTD is not responsible for:
‍
• dissatisfaction with results where treatment was provided appropriately and with informed consent;
• Side effects or prolonged healing that were appropriately explained before treatment.
• Losses arising from a client's failure to disclose relevant medical history.
• Indirect or consequential losses, where exclusion of such losses is lawful.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

11. Consent

All clients must provide informed consent before treatment.

Consent forms form part of the treatment documentation. Consent does not remove any statutory rights or the clinic's legal and professional responsibilities.

12. Complaints

Any concerns should be raised directly with the clinic. Complaints will be acknowledged and investigated fairly and promptly.

Where appropriate, complaints may be escalated to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS), where the clinic and complaint fall within its remit.

13. Data Protection & GDPR

INJCT Skin Clinic LTD processes personal and medical information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Payment information.

14. Children Policy

INJCT Skin Clinic LTD does not treat individuals under the age of 18.

Children are not permitted in treatment rooms or clinical areas under any circumstances.

Clients are requested not to bring children to appointments unless they are of an age where they can remain unsupervised in reception.The clinic reserves the right to cancel or refuse treatment where a client attends with a child, and cancellation terms may apply.

Updates & Governing Law

INJCT Skin Clinic LTD does not provide treatments to individuals under the age of 18, subject to applicable law and relevant professional requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to the client.
